Note:

Dear Clients,

Please note that our back office will be closed from the 12th of August until the 19th of August.

In the meantime, the Showroom will remain OPEN, you can visit us to review and test items, and complete purchases online or in-store.


Delivery

Costs for Delivery
For every order that totals less than 100 euros, an additional delivery fee of 15 euros, including VAT, will be added.
When the total value of items purchased exceeds 100 euros, there will be no charge for delivery.


Local & International Delivery

Delivery of goods only to Malta & Gozo. For international clients please make contact here.


Delivery Times

For orders in Malta & Gozo, the delivery will be within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).


Collection & Assembly

Mattresses will be opened by our team at the location described in your order.


Mattress Recycling: Collection and Disposal

We do not offer to take back your old mattresses. Click Terms and Conditions


Delivery

Delivery to the street level ONLY is INCLUDED. If a lifter/crane is required, this can be booked at an additional cost. On checkout, you have the option of selecting lifter/crane. This will mean once the order comes in, our team will contact you with a delivery date, and if the lifter/crane has been ticked a price will be given. Collection from Store

You may opt to collect your purchase from our showroom at Abate Rigord Street Ta' Xbiex Malta. Click here for the location. The collection is free and can be done the following working day during office hours from when you placed the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We recommend calling us before, tel: +356 21240022, to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.


Damages During Delivery

If you believe an item has been damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery time by contacting us here. Failure to report any damage within the specified time frame means you have accepted the state of the delivered product/s.


Additional Notes

We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

You may request a specific date for delivery by entering a comment on the check-out page.

We do our utmost to fulfill delivery to your specified requirements and our abilities. If a situation beyond our control inhibits the immediate delivery or the delivery on a particular date selected, then we will attempt to deliver at the next available time.

We retain the right to change our delivery costs, and the structure of charges, at any time in the future.


Out of Stock / Replacements

In the unlikely event that the item/s you ordered is not currently in stock, we will contact you to see if you would rather change the order to a similar item, wait for the items to be available, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

 

Website Returns & Refunds Policy


This Returns and Refunds Policy only applies to items you are purchasing directly from our Website.

You may withdraw from a Contract at any time within fourteen (14) days from delivery of items without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired. To do so, you must inform us by making an unequivocal statement to this effect in writing, or by using the model withdrawal form set out in Part B of the Schedule of Lelag Notice 439 of 2013 and which may be found at this link https://legislation.mt/eli/sl/378.17/20221021/eng

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall, within 14 days of notification of your decision to withdraw, reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The right of withdrawal however does not apply to:

(i) the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or where these are clearly personalised;

(ii) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

(iii) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including but not limited to, toiletries, clothing, mattresses and bedding items) and were unsealed after delivery;

(iv) the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
